Descriptive Text

Mrs. Horan

Mrs. Horan is a rich woman in the area which my sister and I are living, she has many apartments in this area, including the apartment lived by my sister and me is Mrs. Horan’s. And department store located in front of my apartment is also Mr. Horan’s. Besides a rich woman, she is also a kind person, especially to my sister and me. Because she doesn’t have any child, she treats my sister and me as her own children. Mrs. Horan’s husband has died since 5 years ago because of heart attack, since her husband died she don’t want to married another man, because she still loves her husband. Not only kind to us, she is also kind to people in this place. She often helps people who need help. Like this time, Mrs. Horan is helping an old woman to pick the fallen fruit. Another good side from Mrs. Horan is royal. Mrs. Horan often gives people around here some gifts whenever she comes home from her trip. In spite of she is kind and royal, she is a lonely woman, because she doesn’t have anyone by her side. So that, whenever she feels lonely, she will come to my apartment and spend the whole day by doing many activities; such as singing together, cooking together, watching television together, sharing our story etc. I remember, Mrs. Horan always calls me ‘Hinata’. When I asked her the reason, she answered that seeing me like seeing one of character anime which she likes. When I heard it, I surprised for a moment. To be honest, she has a childish side despite her age is 35 years old. Because of her character, many people including me love her and respect her so much.
Mrs. Horan always reminds me to my mother who has died, so that I love her like my own mother. That is all a liitle description about my kind neighbour.
